Michael Foley Speaks at Northeastern PA Trial Lawyers Association
Earlier this month, attorney Michael Foley spoke at the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He discussed the importance of electronic health records with regard to injury and negligence cases. This has multiple applications to injury accident cases as well as serious implications when it comes to medical malpractice lawsuits and patient’s rights issues.

He also delivered two national webinars on this topic on the behalf of the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). Michael Foley was elected to the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice in 2009.
Michael Foley has delivered numerous other legal talks before various organizations, including the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, the Harry Philo 21 Hour Seminar in Detroit, the University of Scranton ACHE Symposium, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Committee for Justice for All.
Michael Foley’s History with the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association
In addition to speaking at the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Michael Foley is also affiliated with the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (PaTLA). Starting tomorrow in 2020, his affiliation with the PaTLA will proudly span four decades.
In the past, Michael Foley has served as the PaTLA’s President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Parliamentarian, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Treasurer, as well as other positions. Currently, he is a Trustee of LAWPAC, the group’s political action committee.
