Thomas J. Foley, Jr., is a native of Scranton. Mr. Foley has established a reputation as one of the most recognized and respected medical malpractice and personal injury lawyers in Pennsylvania and throughout the United States, with over 40 years of professional experience and multiple settlements and awards of one million dollars or more to his credit. Prior to being admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1961, Mr. Foley attended the University of Scranton (B.S., 1957) and Temple University (L.L.B., 1960). Upon completing his studies at Temple University, he served as Law Clerk to Justice Michael J. Eagen, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, for two years and as Assistant Attorney General for a further year.
