Currently we are handing many, many cases which deal with dehydration, malnutrition, failure to Medicaid, failure to follow up, and an assault and nutrition. For the person out there who suspects nursing home abuse, they should be looking for some signs like bruises or broken bones or any type of injury that has not been explained to them by the nursing homes. Unfortunately in Pennsylvania in particular it has become one of the biggest state problems.
