Nurse Paralegal

We are the ones that initially review their intake form and we evaluate that, we get together with them. Sometimes they come in and we sit down with them and we talk about their issues. Once we have all that information, we can go ahead and do the medical research on that area of concern. Once we have that information compiled we go ahead and get together with the rest of the team including our physician that is on staff. So we make a decision whether or not we are going to take the case. It is a benefit for the firm to have a nurse on staff because they do not have to wait. If they have questions concerning the case they can come to us, they can confer with us we can give them our opinion.
