Negotiating With Insurers

We handle many serious injury cases here at the Foley Law Firm. One problem we often encounter is finding adequate sources of recovery to ensure that the client is adequately compensated for their injuries. We have to carefully explore all possible avenues of recovery in order to assure that. Often one problem that we run into is with the client's own health insurance companies. Frequently, there are provisions in health insurance plans, which require the client to reimburse the insurance company, the health insurance company, for medical bills for example, which the health insurance companies pay.
