Elderly Abuse/Neglect Lawyer

When I came out of the law school, I worked for the Supreme Court for a year. I was very fortunate to be hired by Tom Foley who at that point was a very seasoned and qualified attorney. For a couple of years, I shadowed him in every case he was involved in and then I started to go around on my own. I was associated with him for many, many years, anything involving personal injuries, malpractice. For the last couple of years, I have been asked by Tom Foley to concentrate on cases involving elderly abuse or neglect and because of the population growth where elderly is abused, this has become an epidemic.
