Malcolm L. MacGregor
Malcolm MacGregor offers over fifteen years of experience in the trial and settlement complex personal injury cases. A graduate of the University of Scranton, earning a B.A. in Communications - Business Cognate in 1986. He then went on to complete his legal studies, earning his Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington, D.C. in 1989. A skilled lawyer, Mr. MacGregor handles medical malpractice, automobile, personal injury, and product liability cases as well as worker's compensation for the Foley Law Firm. Mr. MacGregor has obtained some of the firm's largest settlements and verdicts, including multiple settlements on behalf of victims in excess of one million dollars.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. MacGregor has shared his experience and knowledge with others in the legal community through a series of seminars, publications, and presentations for fellow attorneys and those in litigation related fields. Attorney MacGregor also authored multiple articles, including "Rediscovering Deposition Decorum" (Pennsylvania Bar Association, Civil Litigation Update, Vol. 6, No. 4, Fall 2001) and "The Forecast: More Sunshine in Civil Litigation" (Pennsylvania Bar Association, Civil Litigation Update, 2003).
Mr. MacGregor is an active member of the legal community including the Lackawanna (Civil Rules Committee, 2001-present; Medical Legal Committee, 2003 - Present.; President Young Lawyers Division, 1996; Recipient, Inaugural Margaret M.
